PKEE Summer Day. Baltic Offshore. Autoworld Brussels, 10 July 17:00-22:00. For the second time, PKEE is hosting its annual Summer Day under the theme "The Polish power sector is changing".
This year, high-level panelists will discuss regional solutions to the challenges of the EU's energy transition, with a particular focus on the offshore wind energy developments in the Baltic Sea. It is estimated that with a potential of 186 GW capacity yet to be untapped in the Baltic Sea Region, 750 TWh of offshore wind power could be generated by 2030, revolutionising the energy landscape in the region - and more broadly in Europe.
The event will bring together a few hundred participants, including EU officials, new members of the European Parliament, business leaders, civil society representatives and press from Brussels and beyond.
