Rzeczpospolita: Could there be more Poles in the EU institutions?

There are less Poles than other nationalities from EU Member States with a similar number of inhabitans, eg. Spain.

Not even mentioning Germans, Italians or French. Very often it said that the European Commission (or more broadly, the European Union) is one of the largest employers in the Old Continent. As these officials are doing very important work for huge organizations as the EU, it is worth to underline how these group of employees are divided, recruited, and above all how to situate Poles among themselves.
